The Forcedecks in Action!:

The VALD Forcedecks are a cutting-edge Dual Force Plate System that we have introduced to the clinic. They allow us to analyse balance, strength, and movement strategies with incredible precision.

A Dual Force Plate System consists of two separate plates that you stand on. This allows us to measure the force produced by your left and right legs independently, helping to identify asymmetries or imbalances in your body.

If you are recovering from an injury or looking to improve performance, these decks provide objective data. They take the guesswork out of rehab by showing exactly how your body produces force and handles load.

Yes. By identifying hidden imbalances between your left and right side (which the naked eye might miss), we can address issues before they turn into injuries.

No. While elite athletes use VALD systems worldwide, we use them for patients of all levels. Whether you are returning to sport or just want to move pain-free, the data helps tailor your rehab program.

Common tests include jumps, squats, and isometric holds. The system captures data in real-time to analyze your force production and landing mechanics.

You can click the “I Want To See More!” button on our webpage to view demonstrations and learn how this technology is transforming our patient care.

You can get this advanced assessment right here at Physio Performance in Donore Business Park, Unit 18, Drogheda, Co. Louth.

No, it is completely non-invasive. You simply perform specific movements (like a jump or a squat) while standing on the plates, and the system records the data.
